Returns and Exchanges
- Right of Withdrawal: Under Greek and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
- Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: Certain products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, including items that have been used or items that are sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., baby garments that have been worn or washed).
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@kal-ospia.com. You will need to provide your order number and details of the item(s) being returned.
- Refunds: If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 20 days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can either return the original product and place a new order, or contact us to check availability for direct exchanges.
- Faulty Products: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will offer a free replacement or full refund for defective or damaged products in accordance with Greek and EU consumer law.
- Product Safety: We ensure that all our products comply with safety standards, including regulations for children’s products (e.g., compliance with EU regulations on toy safety, chemical safety, and flame retardancy). If you notice any safety concerns with our products, please contact us immediately.
- Product Safety: All garments are designed for safety and comfort, but please ensure that you always follow the care instructions provided on the garment’s label. We recommend checking for loose buttons, small parts, or any other safety hazards before use.
