Overview
This Gift Card (the “Card”) is issued by Kalopia Athens and may be used for purchases at KALOPSIA ATHENS' website subject to the terms outlined below.
Activation
The Card is activated upon purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Card Usage
- The Card may be used for purchases online at KALOPSIA ATHENS website/e-shop.
- The Card is valid for 6 month's validity.
- The Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or Stolen Cards
If your Card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to Customer Service Contact at info@kal-opsia.com. A replacement may be issued subject to verification of purchase.
Non-Transferability
The Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom it was issued.
Refunds
- The Card is non-refundable.
- If an item purchased with the Card is returned, the balance will be refunded to the Card or given as store credit.
Limitation of Liability
KALOPSIA ATHENS is not liable for any lost or stolen Cards. The Card is provided “as is” without any warranties.
